2. Purpose and Usage:
Your data is collected strictly for processing battery dispatch, assigning technician riders, conducting on-site alternator testing, issuing manufacturer warranty certificates, and providing after-sales support. We strictly maintain a Zero Data Sale Policy and never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
3. Google Ads & Analytics Disclosures:
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics to measure site performance and assist motorists during battery emergencies. Google may place cookies or pixels on your browser for conversion attribution. No personally identifiable information (PII) is transmitted to Google. You may opt out of personalized Google ads anytime at Google Ads Settings.
4. Data Storage & Security:
All customer records and delivery dispatches are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured infrastructure with restricted, role-based access.
5. Your Rights:

Welcome to MOTOLITE - MGN Battery Trading. By booking our mobile battery delivery and on-site replacement service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Genuine Motolite Battery Guarantee:
All batteries delivered and installed are 100% authentic, brand-new, factory-fresh Motolite products covered by official manufacturer warranties (Motolite Excel: 24 Months, Motolite Gold: 21 Months, Motolite Enduro: 15 Months, Truck Master: 12 Months).
2. Free Delivery & Professional Installation:
Mobile delivery dispatch, alternator voltage diagnostics, and on-site battery installation are provided free of charge within our designated coverage areas across Metro Manila (NCR) and CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal).
3. Old Battery Trade-In Rebate:
If a trade-in discount is applied, the customer agrees to surrender their existing old automotive lead-acid battery of comparable size to our technician upon delivery. If no trade-in battery is surrendered, regular retail pricing applies.
4. Payment Terms:
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Maya, and verified bank transfers immediately upon completed installation and engine ignition test.
5. Diagnostic Service & Cancellations:
You may cancel prior to rider arrival with zero penalty. If our technician arrives and tests determine your existing battery is good and the issue is an alternator or starter fault, a nominal ₱200–₱300 diagnostic fee may apply.
6. Official Warranty Certificate:
Our technician will furnish an official Motolite warranty certificate upon turnover with serial number stamped. Keep this certificate for any nationwide warranty claims at authorized centers.
