Welcome to MGN Battery Trading. By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking our on-site battery replacement service via phone, online message, or mobile dispatch, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
MGN Battery Trading is an Authorized Dealer of authentic Motolite batteries. MOTOLITE® and associated product brandings (Excel, Gold, Enduro, Maxx, Champion, Truck Master) are registered trademarks belonging exclusively to Philippine Batteries, Inc. (PBI) / The Ramcar Group. MGN Battery Trading is not the parent manufacturer; all manufacturer warranties are honored and processed in accordance with official Motolite warranty policies nationwide.
2. Genuine Products & Manufacturer Warranty
We guarantee that every battery delivered and installed by our technicians is 100% brand-new, factory-fresh, and authentic Motolite. Each battery carries the official manufacturer warranty coverage:
- Motolite Excel: Up to 24 Months Warranty Coverage
- Motolite Gold: Up to 21 Months Warranty Coverage
- Motolite Enduro: Up to 15 Months Warranty Coverage
- Motolite Truck Master / Commercial: Up to 12 Months Warranty Coverage
Upon completion of installation and payment, our technician will register and furnish your official Motolite Warranty Certificate / Card with the serial number stamped. Please keep this card inside your vehicle for nationwide warranty claims at any authorized Motolite outlet.
3. Free Delivery, Diagnostics & Installation Service
Our advertised pricing includes Free On-site Delivery and Professional Installation across all primary designated coverage areas in Metro Manila (NCR) and CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Rizal). Our technicians perform complimentary alternator charging voltage tests, starter draw analysis, and terminal cleaning prior to finalizing the replacement.
4. Old Battery Trade-in Rebate Policy
Special discounted "With Trade-in" pricing displayed on our website and quotes is contingent upon the customer surrendering their existing old/spent automotive lead-acid battery of comparable size to our technician.
- Surrendered batteries are channeled to government-licensed lead recycling facilities compliant with DENR environmental standards.
- If the customer opts to retain the old battery or does not have an old battery available, the standard "Without Trade-in" regular retail price will apply.
5. Transparent Pricing & Payment Methods
All battery prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) inclusive of all applicable taxes and installation labor. We do not apply hidden callout surcharges. Payment is due strictly upon successful installation, engine ignition test, and customer handover. We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) to the technician
- GCash and Maya e-Wallet instant transfers
- Real-time Bank Transfers (InstaPay / PESONet)
6. Order Cancellation & Vehicle Electrical Issues
You may cancel your delivery request prior to technician arrival without penalty. If our technician arrives on-site and performs diagnostic testing that proves your existing battery is healthy and the breakdown was caused by starter motor failure, alternator malfunction, or wiring issues, you may choose to retain your existing battery; a nominal on-site diagnostic service fee of ₱200–₱300 may apply to cover the rider's fuel and time.
7. Limitation of Liability
MGN Battery Trading employs experienced automotive electrical technicians. However, we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle electrical defects, short circuits, aftermarket alarm malfunctions, or mechanical engine failures unrelated to the battery installation.
